Reluctant Whole 30 Diary - Day 9

I am so, so, so tired right now because I've been going non-stop since very early this morning. Then this evening when I should have had some down time, I spent 3 hours prepping and cooking stuff from a huge Costco run this afternoon where I found... wait for it... COMPLIANT BACON!

I was literally this woman at the Fairfax Costco at 1:45pm today and I wasn't even embarrassed. Dig it, you guys:

So this is going to be a short post because tired now. But a great day in terms of energy and eating!

Here's what I ate:
This is my actual dinner.

Coffee: 3 cups with coconut cream
Breakfast: scrambled eggs on leftover potato/sweet potato hash w salsa
Lunch: leftover egg roll in a bowl
Snack: Macadamias (bad idea. very bad. too delicious. triggered food cravings. I wasn't even hungry. UGH. I should have just skipped it.) 
Dinner: Chicken zuchini poppers (oven baked), crispy potatoes and steamed asparagus with roasted red pepper Paleo mayo. Because the mayo is homemade, it almost tastes like hollandaise sauce which is always a big HELL YES in my book.

Then I watched tv with my kids. But once I sat down, bad things happened and I got all warm and cozy and snuggled them and now I want to go to bed.

Today's gif! Because I'm happy with how today went, but I am just so sleepy.
