Eating today was easy and I was only hungry at meal times, which was nice. Here's what I ate:
Coffee: 2 cups with coconut cream
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs on top of left over egg roll in a bowl. This was delicious. We should always put fried eggs on top of it.
Lunch: 3 Ridell's sausages with probiotic sauerkraut
Dinner: I took the recipe for chicken zucchini poppers and I added some cilantro and some grated carrot and lots of salt and pepper and turned them into burgers and grilled them. OMG. Everybody do this. It was so delicious that I nearly passed out. It was so good that I almost decided it was too good for ungrateful children and saved them all for myself.
Tomorrow I'm going to the doctor to get a full work up, including bloodwork. I'm also going to weigh myself finally and take measurements to see if I'm any smaller. GOD I REALLY HOPE I AM. I'll be posting a follow up in a few days when I have the results from my doctor's appointment and then in about a week I'll write about how the process of reintroducing dairy, sugar, wheat and of course, lovely, lovely wine.
One last note for today. If I can do this, literally anyone can. You just have to decide you're going to. So if you're on the fence about trying this - I say got for it.
